Here are some resources you can use to help train your Student Bankers!
How do I send ClassBank money to students?
Check the box to the left of the students you would like to send a transaction (bonus, fine, paycheck, expense) to.
✨ Pro tip: You can check the box at the top of the table to select all students.
Select one of the transaction types you would like to send.
Select the tiles of the transaction you would like to send, or type in a custom transaction in the moment.
✨ Pro tip: You can customize the pre-set tiles to the transactions you send the most. For transactions you send less frequently, use the "Other" box to type in the reason and amount.
To send additional transaction types at the same time, click the category you would like to send to reveal more options.
Click Submit to send the transactions to the student side!
How do I hire students for a classroom job?
Select a class
Head to the "Jobs" tab at the top of your page
If you haven't already, set up your jobs so that students can check them out on their end.
To hire students that have submitted applications:
Select the edit button in the upper right of the job you would like to hire for.
Select "Pending Applications" to view applications and resumes, hire students, or deny applications (denying will delete the pending application).
Select "Employees" to see and edit who is currently hired.
To hire students without an application just drag the student from the left side to the desired job and approve the hire.
Select "Show students without a job" to ensure that all students are hired for a job in this class.
When you are ready to rotate jobs, select "Clear all applications." This allows you to clear all employees and pending applications at once.
How to Mange the Store
Select a class
Head to the "Store" tab at the top of your page
Click "All Items" to manage your store inventory
Look at "Store Transactions" to see what students have purchased.
You can search for the student's name in the top bar to see if they have any pending store purchases.
After you give the student their reward, click the check mark to clear the purchase
If for any reason you need to cancel the order, click the X mark to reject the transaction. This will refund the student that amount.
For a full list of all store purchases, click the export button. This report includes all pending and approved store purchases
