All users
Hetzner for hosting our application and database (Ashburn, VA, USA). OVHcloud for backups. Amazon Web Services for file storage, such as avatars and exported reports. Cloudflare for website security and content delivery.
Momentum (formerly Applover), our contracted software development and IT operations provider, for building, maintaining and monitoring the ClassBank platform under a written FERPA data protection agreement.
Only teachers
Intercom for customer support by email and live chat. We also use it to send product updates and onboarding emails that help teachers get started. Also available on our homepage.
Mailgun for sending account and notification emails.
Stripe for processing payments and subscriptions for our Pro subscribers.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for general website analytics, such as how many visitors we have and where they come from.
Mixpanel for product analytics, which helps us understand which features teachers use.
Meta and TikTok for advertising measurement on our teacher-facing website, which help us record page visits and completed teacher sign-ups.
