What data does ClassBank collect?

We collect only what’s needed to support safe, effective classroom use: the student’s name, a classroom username, and their activity within the program. No personal data is ever sold or used for advertising.

Parents can:

  • Request to review their child’s personal information

  • Ask for the deletion of their child’s data

  • Revoke consent at any time

If a parent reaches out to you:

  • Confirm that they are the legal guardian

  • Contact [email protected] with the student’s name and class

  • We will handle the request within 7–10 business days

Reassure families:

  • ClassBank never sells or uses student data for advertising

  • All data is stored securely and used only to support classroom learning
